If your Survivor level is maxed, you will be able to find 1H weapons in the store that do approx 1.3k-1.4k damage without Legend.

Golden 1H weapons from Harran Prison have 1 additional repair, typically, but their damage is about the same.
Golden 1H weapons from Bozak dockets seem to me to be, like, 3-5% stronger than the aforementioned 1H weaps.

Haha. Happens to me as well while I'm playing as a night hunter. They still get tackled and GP'd all over the map.
While playing as a human, I've won against new night hunters that are cheating as well.

Here's an important tip no-one really told me when I started:
The night hunter's tackle can only be evaded if all of the following are met:

- The human is looking at the hunter (if the hunter's even a lil' off to the side, it might become undodgeable).
- The hunter is not directly above or below the human.
- The human is not falling (one exception: if they used hook and canceled, they can evade in the air).

So it's nice to [GP human off rooftop -> Tackle], [jump on area of higher elevation than human -> Tackle], [tendril-sprint around so human struggles to track you -> Tackle].

No. Despite its name, all it does is restore all your energy and HP while your character performs some extravagant animation. You are stationary while doing it and can be killed during UV Heal, so gotta be careful where you do it.

You're welcome. Tendril-sprinting is pretty easy, tbh. Here are some things I initially did not know:

• You can keep the sprint button held down 24/7 (or most of the time)—that will guarantee you are sprinting when you touch the ground, even if you have "sprint toggle" enabled.
• As for the tendril, just hold it until you are at least running. After that, you can let go of tendril whenever you want—or not at all.

Rapid-clawing is indeed a bit hard to get used to. Just try to [tendril -> claw] right after you think your claw would have landed, I guess. No rush.

The advanced tendril-sprinting tips from Fouadix's tutorial are certainly tricky to incorporate in a real match, though... I just do a one-hand tendril then a two-hand tendril without turning. Fast enough.

I think it's pretty balanced. They just need to fix some glitches and nerf Horde Spit a bit. It is silly how a bomber can spawn right next to you 0.2 seconds after the spit detonates.

Also, I'd say my human is intermediate or almost there. I have no problem winning against new night hunters.
My matches with night hunters of approximately the same experience tend to be even.

Anyway, this game's PvP is pretty deep. If you look into night hunter tutorials from Fokus2EZ, Fouadix and Wrftg, you might learn stuff that makes fighting humans a lot easier, even as a low-level hunter.

The night hunter is supposed to exploit its speed and spits to make up for the fact that it's outnumbered. When there are more humans, it's not only your damage resistance that increases, but your spit-recharge speed and UV resistance.

look it up on YT that achivement is bugged and the rarest encounter you can get. and from what i seen you can only get that encounter near the beginning of the game. then youd circle a area on the map on repeat but its the worst achivement to get on this game. took me hours. ngl i raged hard from this. they put this achivement in the game not knowing how hard is it to do. i really advise on being patient and looking up the achivement name on youtube with a guide but be warned its gonna suck thats i can tell you

Before meeting Rais on the mission pact with Rais, around their building you can find encounters along a rectangular area around there. If you get an ecnounter sleep, to reset it, if you don't find any sleep to reset it as well

If you don't feel like having a new game / resetting then you'll need to go to Old Town where there are a few locations but they happen much rarer

One thing I've experienced is: at lower skill levels, it can seem easier to win 1v1s as a night hunter, but it's still close to even. Around the intermediate range, it seems to be more even. At the highest skill levels, I'm not quite sure. Human prima facie requires higher APM to be optimal.

why did people in the tower not use other floors? i get that they wouldnt be able to defeat the zombies but crane could easily. Unless in some floors the cleaning up wasnt worth their time/ no resources or there was just too many zombies or even maybe some volatiles just down there?

couldnt they unblock just one stairway and then clear one floor at a time? i mean realistically judging by the amount of people they dont really need more floors, but they could use them for other purposes like ones for storage, maybe even a indoor garden if they have a botanist

Cause if something goes wrong via unblocking the stairs thats another floor lost

So they would go via the elevator since that has minimal risk in losing a floor

I experienced this exact thing. You'll need to manually create new save files in-game first (only in the Steam version).

Then you can replace the .sav files that were generated by the game with your Epic Games .sav files and they will be recognized.
