This tutorial is also fixing any problems for the video settings getting reset / or couldn't be saved at all by relaunching the game.
OneDrive will be automatically installed on your pc when setting up windows by default → which will cause your "documents" folder being locked up for any changes (read/write/editing)

If you guys are on Xbox, here is a fix I found that works for most ppl who try it. You will need to reset ur Xbox making sure you choose the option of Reset and Keep all my games and apps. (this will wipe the hard drive clean of all game save caches but once the game is relaunched it will sync the data kept in the Xbox cloud) All you need to do is follow these instructions to do it. But make sure u keep all games and apps or you will need to reinstall ALL of then since it’s not just for DL but everything you have on ur Xbox. And you will need to re-enter ur GT and then you are good to go. It is NOT perm fix but will get you back to coop and if it happens again just re-do the steps. Yes it’s annoying but if it works for when you want to coop, i’d say it’s worth a shot.

``If you're trying to play the Following and it loads you in to the Slums map, this is a common glitch that can be solved by joining someone else's Following game. This can be done on any platform, and it doesn't matter if they're on your friends list or not.
Just make sure to join their game and then quit back to your own save. After loading back to your own save it should be fixed.``

Common Problems & Solutions
-Can't Change Difficulty;
Load back into your game, and track any normal quest that's not a dlc or quarantine. (E.g prison, stuffed turtle, etc will prevent difficulting changing).

``If you have a constant "drunk" effect on your screen (i.e. stuck in a seizure from lack of antizin) then your game is glitched after doing the Pit or some other mission.
An easy way to fix this is to return to main menu > play > advanced options > and restart from the previous quest you were on.
NOTE: This may reset some of your side quests, so make sure to be prepared to redo them. An alternative is to restart your game, though this may not always fix this issue.``
