As far as I'm aware, The following does not have a NG+; it has a feature in the play > advanced menu that will allow you to restart the dlc from any mission you want, which is not that different from NG+ since you keep all of your stats etc. It just resets missions & story progress so you can do them again from whatever point you choose.
Having ng+ activated in the main game does not carry over its extra enemy health etc into The Following.

Okay, so, I think I found a daily bounty that can't be completed on Switch.
It's the one called "falling with style".
It demands a 100 meter drop onto ground & surviving.
Cars count, but because of the slow framerate, the bounty doesn't count down fast enough to complete it, even when leaping from the top of the bridge in the slums to a car below.
