ayo so just like prolly a million people I just got dying light free In epic and I've been facing few problems

I play on a hp Pavillion 15 ec which isn't the greatest gaming thing ever created I know but the thing is once my battery runs out and I charge the game for a while and plug it out the performance is worse than a integrated graphics I found a temporary fix that is to quit the game but it hurts the experience coz every 1:30 hours so I have to quit and come back so if there's a fix to sudden drop in performance please help.

Another thing is I have to turn on subtitles and some settings every time I log on to the game which is also annoying so please help
