No, you just reset the story. Pact with Rais has more chance of them spawning.

In the menu where your saves are, there is an advanced section. You can change difficulty and story quests there.

Just don't have a DLC as your tracked quest or it won't let you change either of them.

You can reset to Pact with Rais, get the survivors for trophies then just reset to Extraction and run last mission again if you want to keep 100% story.

But you can get the Night Hunter booster by playing a match of Be the Zombie as survivor, to unlock the blueprint and that is a mix of all boosters.
