Yeah, The Killing Antidote is chinese, even though the game has no nudity for the main protagonist but does for certain zombies, the game still was designed for modders to easily remove a “code” allowing players to remove underwear lmfao

If switching to texture resolutions 1 lower than right now gives you a lot of frames it's mainly a GPU VRAM limitation then.
People with "low" VRAM GPUs will run into this issue more and more with newer games and will actually have to switch to "high" or "medium" settings" to get a big FPS boost.
