And this on brutal difficulty so the difference probably aren’t there at all on survival difficulty

I had this issue in DL2 and now im noticing it in DLB aswell. Has anyone ever noticed sometimes the zombies are just... VERY DARK, like the rest of the world could look bright or like the sun is genuinely shining on it, but sometimes the Zombies look like its nighttime and my flashlight is off, almost like a nigh pitchblack silhouette. My brightness is not the issue I've turned it to max and still notice this sometimes.

Yeah, you go blind for a bit and they become really dark, that's not an issue. That's intentional cuz in actual life it works like that too, like if you're coming out from a dark place to a bright ones "which is the part that sun is glowing in front of your eyes" it appears like that.
