So I know this is not really a good place to ask, but I'm running 1.12.2 Paper with very big and performance hungry plugin. I'm using Aikar's flags of course. After latest update I pushed server started to experience very sutters every 5 seconds or so. CPU usage goes up to 1000% for a few moments. I can't figure out why this is happening. Timings look weird everything is laggy but just a little bit. I even attached JDK Mission Control. I'm not experienced enough to figure out why this is happening and how to fix this.
