- starts out ok
- kids get crushes on each other
- kids start forming posses around this fact
- other kids get jealous because kid they have crush on has crush on other kid that is not them
- jealous spats between kids begin
- kids start self-segregating themselves when it comes to voice channels/who they help on discord/in server (i.e. if they aren't accepting of the weird ass discord relationship, they aren't going to be helped or worse will be bullied)
- and then it devolves from there

Didn't happen for us. Ran multiple servers from 2010 through 2014, never had those issues in staff because we were smart about who we hired. Had plenty of young kiddos as staff, but never hired someone who showed that sort of personality.
