I'd recommend: don't add complex plugins without properly configuring them. If your server is serious, use Paid plugins when needed. They often get more updates and better support. Always look at the server logs at boot and shutdown.
Plugman Improved is a nice plugin to avoid rebooting the server on your users.
If you want to prevent X-ray, Orebfuscator is pretty great.
If you need a better AIO plugin than EssentialsX, CMI will save you loads of headaches but is a premium plugin.
If your users like cute interactions, ChatFeelings is awesome
LuckPerms is the only permission manager i'd recommend

he took a dislike to one of the 3 main MC admins because said admin was brutally honest and had very good leadership. So the 18 years old started stirring drama and it peaked when he deleted discord messages and claimed the admin had said something he didnt, getting him banned for a few days unfairly. That created a big divide which ultimately led to a separation.
