I just received my new dedicated ryzen 7 5800x,
I enabled turbo boost and set cpu scaling to performance mode,

but frequency is locked to 3.8ghz (default cpu frequency), and cpu only get his 4.7-4.5Ghz frequency when it is used at 40-50%, any idea on how to make the boost "permanent" because I never run my cpu at 50% usage

About the dual license on the event manager impl btw, why is that dual licensed? Just wondering if it's because it implements MIT licensed code or some other reason, since I went for your strategy with my licensing (the API is under MIT)
