If your machine involves furnaces or brewing stands those haven't worked like vanilla since before 1.0
They work like how a 20 TPS single player world would work but if your server is actually running at 18 TPS machines that rely on their timing will break
I think if you leave such a machine running long enough even on a 20 TPS server it'll eventually break due to random hiccups from GC or something
Thinking about that now you could probably mostly fix that by adding a boolean to the tile entity for whether or not the inputs came from a player or not
