Fusion 360 was the best for 3d printing models like 4-5 years ago when I used it. And definitely recommend for beginners, although not everything can be constraint properly.

At work we just use Edge with enterprise mode for some hardcoded urls

Aka Edge will start IE inside of it, it's pretty cool
