We pushed off the project for too long as we had confidence in being able to get it done, I misfactored for my health a bit, and then I also ended up doing a good chunk of the website along with the backend stuff, and turned out that seemingly they didn't bother to submit all of the code as the person we had put in charge of managing the report was a moron
