yeah, it is the same in the end for people that sleep later as a result of a shifted workday but idk, some people (like me) might use that extra hour for something else. or, leave it shifted in daylight savings and for half the year the sun will just seem to rise earlier. would not have the issue of it being too dark for farming etc

Odds are getting a burstable ec2 directly would be cheaper for most people but lightsail gives you a fixed price like VPS providers and if you really use all the transfer they include in the plans it does come out cheaper
