Hetzner's cooling solution in my experience isn't the greatest, the ryzen 9 5950x doesn't really boost too well

I hesitate to switch, I tried to switch last weekend, but I "failed" my paper flag by setting java -Xms20G -Xmx20G and I got 100% cpu usage and 1-2tps with 1 online player
then I changed to 10G flags, and normal tps without issues
