Thank you so much for everyone who told me to move out of the host! I purchased my own dedicated host I copied the same files and moved over. Installed the same panel (They said JVM can't be used since it's in a container it was a full-on lie wtf) and I got clean timings

If you are that paranoid about DoS protection, get a Hetzner server and run a proxy on a OVH VPS.

I wouldn't say any torrent client 'just works', they all have their ups and downs
most people in private trackers that I've talked to seem to have Deluge set up for racing, and then move torrents to transmission for long term seeding after a while
