Seems like an issue with NuVotifier. Probably something got corrupted during the compilation and it didn't compile fully. It's a good idea to tell this to the author so he can fix the jar and save a lot of people the same thing you're going through.

my tablet is like 4 years old going on 5, and no problems with that either. However I am very picky on my devices. For phones I stick with LG's as they have tend to be the best. So far not much experience with tablets but it seems like Samsung does the best with those too.
