On an entity damage event, if the damage type is void, and they're under Y 60, then teleport them to the top of the world.

In 1.14.4 when moving between certain chunks especially around spawn area, FPS drops like crazy. Is this a known issue? Looking for a way to find out what's causing the FPS drop and hopefully come up with a solution.
