As per the link, you simply download whatever server jar you want (paper 1.13.2) and upload it to your server's /jar directory using ftp. If you require further assistance with that you have to contact your host. There's not much we can do for that.

two servers seemingly running paper, my plugin and nothing else. On shutdown, I wipe a bunch of entities. This code works for reloads and plugin reloads via plugman, and it works on one of the servers - but not the other one
and by works on one of the servers I mean it runs just fine on shutdown
my private dev server, my public dev server and my production server all wipe the entities correctly but this one dude running paper seemingly can't get the entities to wipe during shutdown

Would you then read the values from properties and use the existing constructor, or create a constructor to pass the Properties object to the class, or make a Properties field inside the onEnable class and reference it from the listener via a getter plugin.getProperties()?
