pretty good chance they change a lot, at least for my understanding. They likely learned a lot from hollow knight, what to do and what not to do, so they're likely going to change at least some things. As far as being able to plunk mods from current HK to HKSS, almost no chance it'll be dragndrop. simpler than building from ground up, yes.

you can use a different method now btw
if you do Swap>Global you can push in a png of the respective hash and it'll replace the sprites globally, which is helpful if you don't wanna make 2 layer cakes for a single boss for both overworld and godhome

To manually install mods on 1.5.78.
🔹 Download the mod (it'll be either a dll file or a folder).
