This is misinterpretation of what God says in the bible. He says other religions exist, not other Gods. Technically he does say other "gods" exist but it's specifically lowercase g god. The only "multiple Gods" he names are himself, the Trinity/Godhead. All those in other religions are said to be false by him and not truly exist. Chrisitanity rather states them as entirely made up or demons assuming the positions of "gods" within the minds of influenced humans
