I've been playing Silksong and I started wondering about something regarding it and HK as well. the map is mechanically 2D only, although there are parts where 3D movement is implied, like when you enter the Chapels where you get ||crests|| in Silksong or when you enter the ||mask maker house|| as you can see it further off in the background

what I've been wondering is: am I supposed to infer that sometimes I'm moving in the Z axis when transitioning through regions?

The only issue was that it wasn’t much different from the Wii

It basically just added an included controller with a screen in the middle

People were confusing both and thinking they were one console/thinking the Wii U was just the gamepad

As well as not many release titles or exclusive titles in general since it was, well, a Wii

Those are the main reasons it flopped

The Switch was a huge success though and frankly kinda smart from Nintendo

A hybrid console able to play all these (at the time) demanding home console games in the palm of your hand
