The thing I always did in this fight was that I try to no-hit the two bosses that come before him.
This makes it so that you start with Collector with 9 masks, those five being lifeblood.

Usually, this will be just enough for you to defeat him if you haven't fully gotten good at him yet.
However, if you wondering on where to heal on the fight, then I suggest you heal when he is staggered.
