generally that is DB, Bow, the Bowguns, Insect Glaive
the exceptions to that are Switch Axe and Charge Blade which can get special elemental attacks
some weapons like Longsword and Sword and Shield can also do element well but sometimes the raw damage can be a lot more efficient
