It has a very simple concept: You're a kid who wondered into a rumored witch's house as a dare, but got caught by an actual witch. Now you have to escape.

But what makes it scary is that it's completely silent. You have to rely on sound to indicate where the witch is by her footsteps. And let me tell you how scary it is when you're trapped in a room and the footsteps are getting closer.

There's also a sense of unknown in the mix? There's no explanation for the witch's magic, only that it's hinted at that she eats kids (there are bags that sound like they're sobbing in the basement)

It's short, but it has so much material to be a longer game.
