Actually I think being able to pogo your own fireballs is soooo unexpected that no one ever thought of that yet.
But the Fireballs going diagonally was a known thing for a long time, what makes it cool now is because people understood how it works now and most strats that uses StallBalls, even if some are hard as hell to do, are doable with specific setup and position so that's great.
For example now you can finish a Low% True Ending run without having the wings, which was "impossible" for years 'cause we thought the first part of White Palace was wings locked

I remember when I watched a video of Okami modded to increase the FPS cap from 30 to 60, 'cause someone told me it was "possible"...
Then the physics gets messy, the character goes through walls and stuff, a lot of things doesn't makes sense anymore because of the 60 fps lol

It's like, due to this code mistake, 30 fps is way more playable than 60. Even the ports to PC/Switch/Wii etc.. are still 30, otherwise the game is broken
