Furthermore, if you squint really hard you will realise Hornet's legs are, in fact, black in colour. Now, in addition to the incredibly similar colouration, we must remember that fire, obviously emits light. The Radiance happens to be the literal sun, which is often incorrectly described as a "giant ball of fire". Clearly, Hornet is jumping through the flames (Radiance) and is about to attack the Last Judge. Now, let me ask you, what opposes light? That's right, it's Void, and what does that mean? Hornet is Void, a theory further corroborated by her black coloration. I have posited a similar theory here before, but I would like to expand on it. First and foremost, I believe Silksong to take place following the "Embrace the Void" ending, in which Rad is killed by SL. This, combined with its close proximity to a Void being (Hornet) causes LJ's eyes to drip black goo. However, it suggests Radiance is not truly dead, as the infection has not ceased. I feel it merits mentioning that the seal-breaking flies look exactly like the one Seer turns into, and being a moth, Seer was made by Rad. Lace is seen surrounded by white bugs, and is pale in colour, so she is a Pale Being. I believe she is the reincarnation of the Pale King for this reason (Bardoon said Wyrms can reincarnate btw).

this 'last updated' timestamp only indicates the last time the information about the game was fetched.. it happens multiple times every day for all of the games in the gog database.. I was hardly able to contain myself before TGA when a reddit post pointing this very update thing out got like 5k upvotes and nobody bothered to check whether it had any significance at all..
