Im probably the harshest mio critic of the people who've played it here but i generally feel the game really picks up later on. I have a good many issues with the combat but the way i made the most enjoyment out of it is focusing my gameplay around using hairpin primarily. Its the most fun way to dodge attacks. Also the dodge move is boring af so building around hairpin for iframes is way more fun.

Its very very good gameplay wise, art and story are brilliant, boss fights are alright but not the biggest highlight, exploring, platforming and fighting regular enemies are all incredible, the gunplay and motorcycle mechanics are on point. The ost is one of my all time faves. Definitely worth a playthrough. The story is also one of my faves but i would advise you mind the content warning as though its not as heavy as something like lisa the painful it still covers some heavy subject matter.
