The way I practice the delivery quests is by going through the whole rout, splitting it into segments, and then practicing those segments over and over until I can do them well. Sure, it's tempting to have a "every practice run can just be an attempt" approach, but that also means it's more stressful, and makes it harder to split into more manageable segments to practice. Better to rid yourself of the stress of failure, so you can more peacefully practice as much as needed.

Tbh, I suspect I may have some kind of deep-seated ADHD problem with concentration, Silksong requires a degree of focus that is hard for me to manage consistently, so I kind of suspect that no matter what, I'd always be rolling that die for a risk to zone out and get flattened, every minute of a run. Though who knows, maybe I could lower my normal pill dosage for a bit to detox, then get back to current doze and do the whole thing while I'm on optimal benefits. Haha, well, maybe not, I think I'm not gonna get much more "hardcore" in my commitments to this game than I already am.

Still... I know Steel Soul has some unique content. So I have considered if I should either look that stuff up online, or get a mod that let's me explore that as a cheater, or take some sort of purist stance of accepting that I'm not worthy of learning who the heck those steel bug people are.

My certified "not gitten gud" take is that contact damage is kind of wacked in this game. How about this, if Hornet takes contact damage from enemies not performing an attack, then the enemy should take contact damage as well? Come tell me it's not fair, I dare you! 😁 Hornet dealt contact damage in the first game, how come we're always the ones mysteriously unable to do this?

This is the problem of self testing, since you litteraly know the code you know what the enemy is going to do

I mean, the damage we deal to enemies is a lot more granular compared to the damage they deal to us, so if some kind of contact damage to enemies was implemented, it could still be relatively very minor. But yeah I get it. But also, I kind of have a point. But I get it.
