Well I think herrah always had the different mask since that's something she was able to pass on to hornet. Like assuming that masks are a biological thing that grows with the weavers when they ascend and therefore that mask shape is able to be passed on iykwim. The reason I say other weavers must have been able to have children (even though obviously very difficult) is because of the choral commandments in the cradle speaking about those descendants of weavers by their respective empty cages. And also I completely agree with Herrah likely not being designed or written to be a weaver at first. But I like what they turned her Character into for silksong and how they built on what was already established in HK
