A word of warning:
Custom Knight Creator has a lot of random issues, and I've heard nothing on any plan to update it, or even provide information on how to resolve those issues.

The issues themselves won't break the skin, but include

the program no longer starting up, without a way to fix it
the program crashing when creating the skin, with no information as to why, and seemingly no reason for the crash
newer skinnable things aren't supported (such as shade.png), and will crash it.

I'm mostly letting you know because if you run into these issues, you'll have to switch to Sprite Packer anyway

I don't see any QoL option that would affect Soul Master's flashing lights, all the skips seem to be about the cutscenes or intro screams, but not anything that would work midfight : ((((((((
