Well you could either disable all mod in the installer, that would allow you to get them back quickly

I’m pretty scarab has an option for that

Or if you want to really go back to vanilla you can always delete all the folders regarding mods

Downpatching to 1432 and using ModInstaller 1 or 2 is recommended for Rando, mostly because there are things like Map Mod S you can use with it.
If you don't want to change patches, you can also use Scarab to install the Randomizer3 port, but there's not a map mod or anything else really that's also on current patch yet.

and unofficial hollow knight patch has been obsolete for like 3 years

it was like a day 1 bug fix patch to 1.4.2.4 which was later fixed by an official patch

so there's no reason to use it ever
