To find where your game files are, you can go to your steam library > right click HK > properties > local files > browse. This will open the exact folder you need to select for the installer, you can check it's file pathing. If scarab already has the right path youc an just click yes, if not yuo can click no and manually path it

Hey everyone. I have run into a problem while modding Hollow Knight. I have downloaded scarab and it is working. I have also downloaded Hollow Knight Multiplayer Mod. The only thing I am missing is the Randomizer mod, which I cannot find anywhere in Scarab. Thanks to anyone who knows how to get it!

Fwiw, Randomizer is being completely re-built for 1.5, which is a large part of why it's delayed and currently has no ETA.
That being said, 1.5 Rando is gonna be far more customizable

The ~3rd pin has info on how to switch to using 1432 mods. After you switch, use Mod Installer 1 or 2 to install Rando (as well as the required mods for it, which should auto-install) ||and MapModS||

Then toggle Enemy Rando Off then On again.
Then restart Hollow Knight.

Regarding Scarab:

• You may need to redownload it if it's been awhile.. Scarab did update a few weeks ago.
• you may need to reset it entirely: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/879138066961424405/890824593848299550/HKModInstaller_Reset.bat this script will delete Scarab's memory file (||it'll say something fails, but that's normal||).
• make sure that Scarab isn't still in a .zip file. It needs to be extracted, and add mentioned, the folder with it should ideally be on desktop.

I know that you can do separate installs, but the mod installers can be kinda picky, and ideally you should be using them for your "main" install.

Benchwarp let's you warp to benches as well as set them.
