This seems to be a reoccuring issue, its probably a widely used mod so you could try waiting for its fix or find and disable it

This reminds me of an old bug where you could do a cdash from the menu and that would break the game and give you invincibility but couldnt collect geo

Check something, win+r, type %appdata% and enter, and check in localLow for team cherrys folder you might be in roaming, go back one folder and enter locallow

Make sure you have either Satchel (for 1.5) or Mod Common (for 1.4).
Make sure your skins are in the correct folder. Hollow_Knight_data/managed/mods/custom Knight/skins/[Skin name]/image files for 1.5, or Hollow_Knight_data/managed/mods/custom Knight/[Skin name]/image files for 1.4

Hello I picked up a debug menu to play around Pantheon 5 with Save States, however Save States don't seem to work properly around the Pantheon, all room exists are deleted and defeating bosses don't grant passage to the next after loading a save (from another room at least)

I'm using debug, bench warp and bench warp fix

Is there anything I can do so the savestate properly put me back into the Pantheon? Or it's a quirk of how the game and debug menu interact?

I don't think that's gonna be possible, you can always just amp your nail damage up to 9999 and one shot bosses to quickly get around pantheons

Not yet, aside from their simple descriptions you can see on scarab by selecting the arrow next to their name, there's the 1.4 readme doc the readmes should be updated for mods that have been updated, but new ones aren't on there i don't think

Hi! I need help with an achievement. I was playing with skins mods on an old file.
I ||defeat Zote in the Colosseum of Fools||. The achievement notification did appear but it didnt register on my GoG account. In fact, none of the achievements that I did registered. So I updated the game to the latest version and open the game. Now the achievements for ||defeating Grey Prince Zote, and Banishment the Grimm Troupe ||appear on my game and on my account, except for ||Rivalry (Defeat Zote in the Colosseum)||
What do I do? Do I need to make another file and rush this achievement ??

Steam is typically the recommended place to get it, yes.
You need to own the game from either Steam or GOG to be able to use mods (the other versions won't work).

"Typically speaking" Hollowknight doesn't update frequently, so it doesn't matter. In the even that there is an update, then you need to use the previous patch until the ModdingAPI is updated too.

Benchwarp. There's not an updated doc yet. No mods "need" to be installed, but the dependency mods are: Satchel, Vasi, SFCore, and FrogCore. They don't really do anything on their own (Except SFCore which I believe changes the inventory UI) and if you just leave em installed then you won't need to worry about that. Otherwise it should install them for you automatically

Hm, well I know there was a problem where the installer would add the windows api and not the mac api, but I thought that was fixed with scarab, you could try manually installing the mac api. Some other simple fixes are to

Unplug your controller before launching and then reconnect it (Is ps5 bluetooth? I'm not sure, if so you can try unsyncing it but that probably won't work)
Use steams big picture mode controller settings, ensure that steam input is enabled, and select your controller type
Download a program to map controller inputs to keyboard inputs

Try right clicking the game in your steam library, click properties, click betas, click the drop down menu (you don’t need to mess with beta codes) and select 1.4.3.2, wait for the game to reinstall and see if it works

Close the installer, and unzip the benchwarp file, then open it, look for a file called "Benchwarp.dll" (dll may not be in the name and my just show up under file type on the right) and move that into your mods folder, then delete the rest of it

Well, if you did all of this minus step 5, and it's still giving you "Central directory corrupt" the only thing I know is to just manually install the mods

Hi all! I recently finished full clearing HK and loved it. I especially loved Path of Pain, and wanted play it again, maybe try speed running it.

I played on console, so I got the game on Steam and downloaded the 1.5 modinstaller. I want to run InfinitePoP, but have a clean game, coming from console.

Is there any version of InfinitePoP that drops you right at the start of PoP? Any help would be hugely appreciated, thanks all!!
