Scarab opens and closes on MacOS
🔹 Move the file you downloaded (mac.zip) to your Desktop
🔹 Double-Click it, and Scarab omegamaggotprime should appear
🔹 Right-Click the Scarab icon, and select "show contents"
🔹 Go into the MacOS folder, and then double-click the "Scarab" file.

Download Scarab, get the "Custom Knight", download skins you want from the google drives in the fourth pinned message, press "Open Mods" on scarab, place the skins inside the "Skins" folder, in your mod files

Infinite loading screens happen often, pretty sure it sometimes happens in vanilla. Give it a while, maybe alt + f4 and try again? Does it happen on every save file

"The Skin One" Is Custom Knight. You just need to download the correct installer for what you want (in your case, you can use Scarab, which is for Current Patch).

Look up fireb0rn's Custom Knight tutorial, which will give you an idea of how to add skins to it

You're probably going to want to Google Search how to do it for the platform that you got it on-- like, if you have it on Steam, then google search how to move a Steam Game to a different drive. Otherwise, it may not work correctly.

Neither of those are on current patch.
And Hollow Point doesn't work well with Custom Knight. (Often times, Hollow Point prevents Custom Knight from workings at all)

when it's done, lunch the game again, and see if it works.

There's not really one.

Lightbringer and Hollow Point give different playthrough experiences.

Randomizer 3 gives the best NG+ experience imo, because it makes playing through the game very fresh and unique.

When it comes out on the future, Fyremoth will probably be the best "NG+" experience mod, but that may be a long time lol

so you have nothing then. if you've moved your installer to desktop now, then right click it and run as admin

and make sure that it sees modcommon as installed

If you used Custom Knight in 1432 and upgraded to Scarab, or you're experiencing the mods menu missing, then you'll need to delete customknight.globalsettings.json

This .bat will clear it automatically (along with other commonly messed up global settings files):

You can't have two different game installs with two different sets of saves, if you want you can back up your saves and switch them out when you want

You can have two different game installs, 1 with mods, 1 without mods, but they share the same save slots

My mods suddenly stopped working... It no longer says their version at the top left and the useless "mods" option in "options" is gone. I tried fixing it by selecting the path but it didn't work. I also tried both mod installers as well as uninstalling/reinstalling/installing and disable/enabling mods. @native ice

You can't have two sets of saves.
The closest you can get is using MoreSaves, to use additional pages of saves.

Oh yea, with mods you have moresaves, and then when you load the modded version you can switch to the next set and use those

Not afaik.
All saves are just in a folder in appdata.
It may not show all saves when yout load though, if the "missing" saves were created in a different version. But using that slot could overwrite what would have been there.

Anyone here familiar with HollowPoint? I got it installed with ModCommon and it seems to be running (hud shows up) but when I fire the gun nothing comes out and I can't fire again for about 12 seconds like its on a really delayed semi-auto mode without the bullets
