Does mi2 come with warnings? Cause I was under the impression that it didn't give clear errors like mi1 does. Like instead of saying you need the latest stable patch it just lets you do everything and then the game crashes

also: real irritating to have 2 incomplete forks of randomizer 3 (one for multiworld) and the multiworld one isn't on the installer, (and heck, that randomizer 2 is sitting around)

Multiworld is changed I believe to work off regular Rando

Rando moves way too fast for every update to make it onto the installer though

Yes, gog is moddable. Try moving your installer to your desktop, resetting it using the instructions linked below, running it as administrator, and then make sure it has the correct file path. I'm not certain what the correct path for gog is but it should stop in the folder with the hollow_knight application

You will need to delete your cracked version of the game. I would also uninstall the Gamepass version

• I tried using the windows.zip mod installer but that said that the "Modding API" was out of date and would crash the game even after I used the 1.4.3.2 version
• I tried using a different web browser to see if that would let me download the Radiancehost Mod installer and still no luck

me and a freind can't see each other in the multiplayer server

For some reason my mod installer stopped working. I was using it just fine for custom knight but then I downloaded Hollow Point. After using it for a bit I uninstalled it but my soul was all messed up. I did not see the pinned comment about fixing the soul after Hollow Point, so I just disabled Mod Installer thinking it would fix it. It did not, so I tried uninstalling Mod Installer and resetting it. After it didn’t work I uninstalled Hollow Knight and reinstalled it. I then found the pinned about fixing the soul, so I have installed that mod. After reinstalling Hollow Knight I found that Mod Installer does not work anymore. It does not show the new loading screen or the menu for the mods even though it is installed. I have reinstalled Mod Installer many times now, making sure to wipe the installer memory files. Now I can’t even play Hollow Knight because the soul is all messed up and Mod Installer won’t work. I don’t know what caused this to happen or what I can do to fix it. Any help would be appreciated

If you want to take off mod installer, uninstall all mods and then delete the mod installer. Get on steam, go to Hollow Knight and then press that cog wheel button at the right of it. After that press properties and then go to local files. When in local files, press verify integrity of game files. Then Hollow Knight should work for you and mod installer would be completely removed.

Well, if you want Hollow Knight to work then I suggest doing this half.

Area makes it so like, green path is normal, but when you step into a transition from greenpath to fog canyon you get taken elsewhere iirc. I've been having some issues with the mod installer lately. Whenever I try to reinstall it, downpatch, etc., the game doesn't show that there are any mods installed and I can't start any file (they just don't show up and I can't interact with the menu). Anybody have a solution for this?

if i undersyand what your saying, you want to do the game in steel soul, but dony feel like completing it normally?
what i can suggest is getting benchwarp, warping to the black egg temple seat, and using debug to give you the items you'd need to defeat THK with ease.
