healing on shield spin should be doable, it takes a bit to spin up
watch markoth's positioning, hes usually moving either towards the center or one of the corners
^ if falling needs to happen (moving between upper => lower platforms), try to time it between the nail spawning interval so one doesnt spawn under
dont overcommit to a dash slash if there isnt an apparent way out (ie he's under the lower platforms)
most important thing there is to not try going for hits while nails are spawning

i would again tell you that its best to try and explore on your own, if you are looking for ||monarch wings tho, the double jump ability, you can go there easiliy, if you first get crystal heart, than use it from the bottom right of crossroads to the right, keep going to the right, go down the elevator, than go down, reach kings station, go left, and go into bottom transition where you go down, than go down, and left || (please only click on this if you are absolutely sure you want to know it, it is very much part of progression, and not impossible to find by any means)

to get ||crystal heart you either save up 1800 geo and buy lumafly lantern from sly, or you go into soul sanctum, and there beat soul master, than if you have lantern go to middle transition to far right of crossroads, or if you have done soul master, go to top transition to the right, after doing that, in crystal peaks you go to the right until you can go up, there go up all the way, than to the right until you can go down, there go down all the way, than to the right, and you should have crystal heart there|| (again, im sharing this cause you asked, not that i recommend routing anything other than just finding out on your own on the 1st time playing)

• only time to ever leave the ground is jumping over a shockwave
• hit meteors up if theyre an issue
• dash under slam (i like gslashing after these), jump over shockwave (maybe with a dslash as he jumps away)
• there is the stagger thing but thats boring and a pretty big crutch
• anyway a full cyclone is doable after every tantrum, hes there for a decent while
• with 3 hits as the stagger ends + 5 hits before the tantrum goes to the other side + cyclone as it ends, thats 201/360 damage
