if ever out of sync, stop for a bit
doing it like this allows for enough time to react to the telegraph with wings
trying to go fast will result in mistakes
would advise against using claw on the platforms, it can throw off timings||

When he jumps

||stay in the center of the arena and don't climb walls. Don't dash or jump around unnecessarily.
Failed champion only has 2 base attacks. The jump attack and the normal slam which creates a shockwave.
When he does the jump attack, just dash underneath. This is a good opportunity to deal damage.
For the shockwave simply stay at a distance and jump over them. Though be mindful of a potential jump attack right after.

Also good to note is that failed champ can only do the same attack at most 3 times in a row. That means if he does 3 shockwaves, you know a jump attack is coming next.

So summing up: Stay in the center, at a distance from failed champion while jumping over his shockwaves. Be ready for a jump attack, and when he does one, dash under and damage.

Also if you have soul, use spells||
