If you still need advice ||I tended to stay on the right (if the arena is split into left middle and right, right around where the split would be). Close enough to see charges and drops. But for frisbees, it it's low and going to hit jump, and expect a quick return(usually dash to middle iirc) if it's the slow from the top get ready to jump and stay on your side once they hang in the middle for a second)||
