||It makes the platforming before it very annoying. It can help with timing the shade dash, but it would be better to just pogo over it so you dont need to use two notches for it and get soul and keep shade dash charged||

||The boss is fairly simple after learning its attacks and placing the dreamgate to skip parkour, sharp shadow isnt needed at all but some people choose to just timing their dashes with only sharp shadow so they can focus fully on dodging the attacks and simultaneously doing damage and killing the boss, but as otso said it makes the platforming very horrible so if u do that make sure to already have a dreamgate up there||
