Use strength, shaman, qslash, sbody, eater/mop for 90% of bosses. Other than that there isn't a lot more general advice. Note that radiant bosses are a lot easier than most pantheon bindings.
For bindings:
Use spells as much as possible. This means pretty much after every 3rd hit if possible. Don't try to save the soul for an opportunity to heal. Spend it as much as possible. If you need to heal you're always just 4 hits away from full soul. Use a lot of nailarts and play patiently. Do the bindings individually first before doing them all at once.||

||nailarts, just like any other ability or technique, needs practice to learn and master. Players usually perceive it like they are just weird to use or they personally aren't good at it and it doesn't fit into their playstyle. Just like spells, the nail, healing or any charm it really just needs practice though. You'll get used to it.
Of course it is not necessary to use nailarts but without them you'll have a good 50% more trouble I'd say.||

The counter starts at ||146, whenever you get a dlc enemy the number goes up instead of adding to it, for example if you are going shopping and have a list of things to buy, but you buy everything but whats on the list, you still need to buy the things that are on the list||
