||If you're talking about the beam burst attack:
there are 2 telegraphs:
When her face lights up and she rises her wings means a burst attack (sword burst or beam burst) is about to happen. You can already get ready for it then.
The second one is the normal beam telegraph where it shows you where it's about to fire. For that it is true that you don't have a full second to react. A second is 5 times as much as the average human reaction time though so it really isn't a problem of the boss being unfair but just you not being used to it yet.

If you're talking about the beams in climb: It's a bit harder to react here but it's the only attack which makes it much more manageable. You need to keep a specific rhythm to easily dodge the beams. If you want I can send a video||

||People usually do it because they see good players use it. The strat is only really used for modded radiances and by players who can really do whatever they want in final for vanilla absrad since it's not a threat for them.

It is simply far more difficult than some other strats.
Simply wait on the left plat, do a double jump to make the orbs go off screen each time they spawn and hit radiance if she's close. Also start by shrieking and use shade soul if you want||

||it's not super easy to know that.
Generally she will always either do a sword wall or a beam wall when she delays her teleport. So when she finishes an attack for example but stays in the same spot for a bit longer.

An easier telegraph is the sound of spawning swords that you can hear if you listen carefully. Try turning down the music and listen to the audio cues more.

All of this is not super necessary though if you just don't follow her around. Stay on your platform and at most move to an adjacent one. If you don't randomly dash in one direction you aren't gonna get hit suddenly by a sword wall||

||I assume u have dnail since u r asking about white defender. If that’s the case there should be three masks on ur map marking the locations of dreamers, u need to get to all three of them and kill them. If u haven’t killed all dreamers yet, u can’t access white defender in the overworld||
