Hello, I don't know if this is where I should ask about this but my game keeps crashing really badly (freezing my computer or bluescreening it)||
it started when I downloaded Scarab to play Pale Court and Ancient Aspid mods but it kept crashing, so I tried to uninstall and play the normal game for a while and the game continued crashing
I've tried reinstalling the whole game, deleting and reinstalling mods & verifying file integrity and none of those have worked
I have a windows device that's well above the minimum system requirements and I'm running the game through steam||

I hate ||flower quest||. It made me go from 40 hours total to 79 hours and 40 seconds. Sure, not as bad, but I used to play it every day. I now have one ending left (aside from ||Flower Quest to everyone else and Flower Quest Pantheon of Hallownest||) as well as a few achievements. 80+ hours in.

||Replace Shaman Stone with MoP, you don't really get spell oppurtunities and it you lock in the fight goes quick anyway.||

||TRIPLE SLASH: Whenever he uses this move, pogo off of him once and get the hell away.||

||SOUL DAGGERS: When he fires these small blades at you, jump and dash near him. Slash once and run away.||

||LUNGE: Pure will lunge across the arena. Pogo off of him.||

||PURE PILLARS: Really easy, when he dives up, get out of the way. Once you learn the distance you need to be between you and him, it's easy.||

||FOCUS: Pure Vessel focuses soul to create AoE attacks around himself and the arena. Get away from him and the AoE.||

||VOID TENDRILS: When you see him prepping up for this, and hear a bit of a whooshing sound, jump, double jump, and dash near him to get hits in.||

||oh and DONT GET GREEDY WITH SLASHES||

||ideally for the shield spin attack u want markoth to be nearby u when he initiates it, and that hes also easily accessible for punishing. generally speaking if markoth is near the middle then it is most likely safe to go for hits, while if he is in the bottom left or right corner u shouldnt be going for hits since that will leave u in a bad spot afterwards. it also depends on where u r relative to markoth, if he initiates the attack in the top right corner for example and u r in the middle, then it should be safe to go for hits. but if u r in the bottom left corner instead of the middle then its not safe||

one important thing that i forgot to mention is that ||u generally want to be on a somewhat similar level of vertical positioning relative to markoth in order to be able to get in hits safely. this is since u want to shade dash towards markoth to guarantee to go through the spinning shields (and release a dash slash if u r using narts as suggested by dyratis tips), and this obviously requires that u be on the same vertical level as markoth. like for example at 1:35 of dyratis example kill of charmless markoth u can see that she was way in the air when markoth started his shield spin attack down low, so it would be very unsafe to drop down and go for hits since she will very likely get hit by the spinning shield as she goes down. and a similar situation at 2:09 but flipped, now she is way too low to get to markoth safely since markoth initiated the shield spin attack way up high, so she is forced to not go in.
but notice that in both of these examples, while markoth is finishing his shield spin attack, she is actually positioning herself on the same vertical level as markoth to be able to safely hit markoth with a dash slash after his shields recede. so even if u start out with a bad shield spin position, u can still position urself to get a dash slash when the shields have receded||
