(||ignoring broken vessel+ ofc, the main offenders are like collector, flukemarm, and zote. i haven't completed any of them itemless, though i did overworld collector with nail0 + white spells + all movement.||)

oh yes, there's a few other bosses that have RNG elements to them from what i've heard (including ||soul tyrant phase 2's offset can be undodgable sometimes||), and then there's like ||traitor lord|| (i just allowed ||shade cloak for the one attack||)

That's a good build. Only thing I have different in my runs is ||NMG|| instead of ||Dream wielder||. ||Grubsong|| is also good. You can't use ||dream wielder|| on the difficult bosses. It's also fairly rare to be able to use it after defeating the boss. It can help a little vs ||uumuu||.

Yeah, ||quick focus|| often let me get two ||heals|| instead of one. Made ||healing|| safer too. For my first run I wasn't good at using ||spells|| (still not great tbh) so I used ||quick focus||. Surprisingly underrated, but it encouraged bad habits too.

||bindings make the pantheon harder|| ||for example the shell binding will make your extra aqquired mask shards not usable through the fight|| and you can guess what other ||bindings|| do from their name

||each binding gives a different debuff that lasts through that particular run that u r doing. shell binding decreases ur maximum hp to 4 (but this can be increased with charms like heart). charm binding unequips all ur charms. nail binding decreases nail damage. and soul binding caps ur max soul at 33 (equivalent to one cast of spell or one heal)||

||after a certain amount of bindings across the pantheons u can get a reward that helps in future pantheons. besides, its a fun challenge, bindings are quite fun imo. regular pantheons can get boring sometimes so its just a nice way to spice things up||
