Okay so I finally got back into this game after 2 years and I need some help cus I'm a bit lost

1. For context, I just tried beating ||The mantis lords or wtv they were called|| boss and while coming back to them, I found ||Quirrel|| telling me to upgrade my nail and that it's nearby this location (spoke to him in or near the ||mantis village||) But I kinda forgot where I'm supposed to go to find the guy for that (So like TLDR; where do I go from the ||Mantis Village|| to find the guy to upgrade my nail)
2. I'm currently challenging myself to play the game without using the ||compass|| charm, but I do get lost quite a bit. Is this a good idea to continue doing it? I'm not very familiar with the map, but I don't get lost that often and I can somewhat recognize where I am without the charm, also by looking at the map

2. i would recommend not using ||compass, it’s cool to use the very detailed map with more thought
3. you have a few options, one of them being killing the mantis lords obviously, but there exists other paths too, all the ones that are open to you being currently in fungal waste
   So what you do is you open your map and look for all the spots which have transitions leading to empty rooms you haven’t entered||

You really want to play the fight safe. Go for ||nail hits|| when you can, and use ||descending dark|| when you have a comfortable amount of ||soul|| or if you need i-frames.

Also, if you don't have it yet, I really recommend getting ||dreamwielder charm. it's only 1 notch and lets you get full soul for free every time you stun the boss||

Interaction is a bit lazy, but mainly just coz you could click the thing instead of using the down button. And yes, for faster interaction in the shops and menu. When I first opened it I thought I had my controls configured wrong, and that I couldn't get out of the charms section
