One notch charms to maybe use if you know how/want to:
Nail masters glory, Steady body,
maybe dreamweilder||

Pick ||charms|| based on your personal preference and general skill level.
There’s no point in running ||shaman because it’s good in the event you don’t like to use spells aggressively.||

Besides that, they jump into the air.
Stay close to them and start reacting quickly to their behavior - figure out if you want to jump over them or stay on the ground.||

There isn’t really one best path
But usually ||steel soul is all about delaying fights for as much as possible
I would recommend trying to get as much geo as possible, to go in peaks before getting dive, which lets you get to resting ground, and right side city (by going through blue lake) without fighting anything and going to soul sanctum
And from there you can get pale ore in basin, resting ground (even peaks by doing some simple skips) and then start to do bosses||
