I would get rid of ||mark of pride. You might feel like it's really helpful and you need it but you really don't. You'll get much more value from shaman instead. Also I'd personally definitely recommend keeping qslash for all of your pantheon runs. It's really strong. For general pantheon help just try to practice the bosses in the hall of gods until you can beat them consistently so as to not waste too much time doing pantheon runs. Try to also keep the same charm build for the bosses when practicing||

Anyways for your charms I don't know your amount of notches but generally spells and nailarts are both really strong so you wanna focus on that. So charms like shaman, catcher or nailmaster's glory are great. Healing is also important so you can add something like shape of unn or quick focus||

For ||colo|| your main objective should be to one shot everything
So using ||nail arts and spells is a must, so you put on shaman stone and nail master glory, as for the remaining notches it depends, grubsong is amazing in colo, dreamwielder while it may seem niche can let you get back up to full soul by farming the last enemy of any given wave, mark of pride can be good, as is every other soul gathering charm (soul eater catcher…)
