that is not entirely accurate

||melody relies on you taking about 4 hits before it really has a decent chance to work. basically not reliable and 🤮
and it isnt guarenteed HP that u can heal back, like with heart.
and its notch cost is also an issue. its hard to fit in most builds so youll probably have to sacrafice one of the better DPS charms for something that adds more inconsistency||
