Ok, for that room, I recommend that ||you space yourself such that one dash takes you the the middle of the first two saws, because it lines up well for the rest of it||, and ||dash when the 1st saw moves up||then repeat twice more, at which point ||you will be next to a stationary saw.||

||With the stationary saw part, wait for the saw above it to move down, and when it is at the bottom, start your jump over the stationary saw, and land the other side of it.||

After that I think there are ||2 sets of 3 saws right?|| Idr

||you can heal after pretty much every attack. the third beam generally doesnt go where the other 2 went, so you can heal there. for the sword wall, shade cloak through the first wave. when the ground spikes start spawning, you can deactivate them for a bit by getting hit by them, even when invincible. if you struggle with those, you can use dive on them to cancel the spikes||
